I had a brilliant time at this hotel! The rooms are very white with no color or pictures, lacked some privacy, but had a lovely balcony that made it worth the extra cost we paid. The service was exceptional, with extremely helpful and friendly staff going out of their way to assist. The location was very central but noisy at times, offering stunning views of the volcanic island and the amazing Santorini sunset. The dining experience was amazing overall, although a few hiccups in some meals. The facilities were great, especially the pool with its stunning views.

The hotel in Fira surprised me with its clean and very comfortable rooms that had a modern feel to them. However, the layout with a double bed attached to the wall down a few stairs felt a bit unusual. The staff were exceptional, making my stay extra pleasant with their helpfulness. The location was better than I expected, right in the city center of Fira, and the service was top-notch with great breakfast options. The dining experience in the restaurant overlooking the Caldera was fantastic, providing incredible views while enjoying the delicious food.
